Abstract: It discussed the importance of the Culture Teaching and the Communication Activity Training during the teaching of primary school English: they are important parts of the Teaching Aims; It discusses the relationship among Culture , language and Communication: Language is the carrier of Culture , and Culture is deposited and disseminated by Language, Communication is a kind of Language Activity and the exchange of the same or different language; It discusses the defects during the English teaching, and the differences between Chinese language and the foreign language, and how to teaching the students original English language.

一. 文化因素教学与交际能力的培养同是小学English/" class=kk>英语教学的重要内容
English/" class=kk>英语《新课程标准》规定了English/" class=kk>英语教学的目标包括知识、技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面。由此可见,文化因素教学是必不可少的重要内容。English/" class=kk>英语是一种语言,语言是一种交际工具,《新课程标准》吸收了现代语言教学思想,“强调用语言做具体的事,而不是简单的语言输出(表达)”这就是说,“为交际”应是English/" class=kk>英语教学的目的和归缩。
